Absolutely the most prompt and effective service WITH gracious customer management skills that I have seen.... I called him in the morning after seeing his profile on yelp and yahoo.. He picks up the phone on the third ring and answers himself (after several attempts to reach four others who couldn't probably be bothered for business!), fixes a time, arrives on time, calls me regularly to tell me the status of the apostillation, comes back in the afternoon with the documents, takes the money, shakes hand and is gone !!! I met him for all of 10 minutes in the whole day... but for life, whenever I shall teach my students about customer service, THIS shall be my best example! I live out of the country and had to rely on someone's honesty to do what they said they would. I would never hesitate to use your service again and highly recommend you to everyone. You went out of the way and even drove over to the sheriffs department to notorize and then apostille my letters!!!! As as soon as you completed what I needed you sent everything to me right away. Could not ask for better service than that. And I read the reviews below. So what if its a house address. People do work out of their homes. I use to. Fast, Efficient, Attentive
We are in Israel and needed an apostille done quickly. After reading all the good reviews we chose Rene's service. Are we glad we did! Rene was very responsive - he responded to our emails immediately, got the documents in one day (!) and sent out FEDX overnight the next. He went out of his way to make us feel confident - this is a big deal when you are so far away. Probably the Best Apostille Service in Southern California
My wife, our four children and I own a beach front lot near Cabo San Lucas, Mexico which we are selling. My wife was in Mexico running our bar in Cabo and it was necessary to have my signature, and those of our four adult childen, notarized on a Mexican Power of Attorney (POA) that our Mexican attorney had emailed me. It was written in both English and Spanish. The POA authorized my wife to sign our signatures on all the Mexican ownership transfer documents in La Paz, Mexico. The Mexican attorney told me that not only did the POA needed to be legally notarized in California, it also needed to the "apostilled" so it would legally be recognized by the Government of Mexico. I phoned three local notary publics and none of them knew how to apostille a POA to be used in Mexico. I did a Google search and found "One-Stop Apostille & Mobile Notary" in the San Fernando Valley. I sent them an email and received a phone call within 3 minutes from Rene Estrada, the owner. He explained the somewhat complicated apostille procedures that needed to be exactly followed in order for the POA to be legally recognized by the Mexican government. Rene made an appointment the following evening that was convenient to me and my four adult children. Rene arrived at our home exactly at the time scheduled. Rene notarized all five of our signatures on the Power of Attorney document. He didn't ask for any money up front and left with the notarized POA document. Rene spent the next day taking the POA document to the Los Angeles County Clerk and to the California Secretary of State which is required to have it apostilled. He then personally broght the apostilled POA back to my home. I faxed a copy to our Mexican attorney and he told me it was done perfectly and asked me to courier it to his office in La Paz, BCS, Mexico. I was really impressed by Rene's prompt and professional service and for charging me a very modest fee for all the time he spent and for his expertise. I will definitely call Rene in the future if I need any documents that need to be apostilled and/or simply notarized.. Great reliable service, Competitive prices
Couple of days ago I was facing a problem, I needed to issue an apostille on my birth certificate urgently -- the problem: I live in Israel and my birth certificates are very old. Lucky for me I found Rene and onestoplosangelesapostille.com. I've e-mailed him exactly what I needed and only a few minutes after got a detailed reply about how we can do it, this was after(!) Rene already checked with local clerk that my certificates can be validated disregarding their age. The quote in his mail was very competitive comparing to other quotes I got, and I immediately decided to give him the job. Due to the considerable time difference between LA and Israel (10hrs) I was sure we will have communication problems - I was wrong again! I found Rene available for me almost every hour. Only a day after the papers has been received in his office I had the apostilles scanned in my email and making their way physically back to Israel. I got the best service at a good price. Very fast and efficient
I used this service today to obtain apostille certificates since the secretary of state office in San Diego closed last month. It took less then 48 hrs. from the time I mailed the documents to the time I had the documents back. Rene kept me informed of the process the entire time, from "on my way to the secretary of state" to "on my way to FedEx your documents back". I looked at other places offering similar services and this price was the most competitive I could find. I will definitely use Rene for all future needs.

This is such a GREAT service. At the time I contacted Rene I had no idea of what an apostille was and I needed to get my documents legalized and sent back to my country (Venezuela) as soon as I could possibly could. I talked to Rene on the phone and he agreed to meet me at my place at 7:00 am...I got up at 6:40 and I barely had time to get dressed cause he was knocking on the door. The process was incredibly quick he got all the documents in order in 2 days and sent them to Venezuela, they were there within the week.
